Trick’s AR-400 Biasing Rod features new geometry which allows the motion transfer bearing to follow a specifically designed curvature that mitigates the feeling of the spring pressure buildup giving the pedals a more consistent or constant feel throughout the pedals entire stroke. Players will notice much less spring pressure build-up as the beater approaches the drum head, this will allow your Trick direct-drive, compression spring pedal(s) to feel similar to a chain driven, extension spring pedal while accentuating the benefits of Trick’s compression spring design, geometric advantages and legendary precision and durability.
The AR-400 Biasing Rod is precision (CNC) machined from AR-400 steel which because of its extreme hardness, it’s specifically designed for wear resistance and use in armor plating applications, this particular material choice will assure the player an extremely smooth and profoundly durable running surface.
The AR-400 will fit any PRO1-V or Dominator pedal ever made, it’s easy to swap and will let the player add an additional dimension / feel to their existing pedal(s).
